I am writing in support of Daria Lohman for Arizona State Senate, LD-23. In today’s political environment it is important to elect people who are in touch with the needs of the people and who will lead Arizona forward.

Daria Lohman is an advocate for public education, affordable healthcare and maintaining and improving Arizona’s infrastructure. These issues are important to Daria and should be important to all of us. These issues provide stability to our state, as well as ensure that Arizona has the people and the infrastructure to support a strong ongoing economy.

Daria will fight to fully fund public education K-12 and provide the support to make Arizona’s universities, community colleges and trade apprentice programs affordable. We all benefit from a well-educated citizenry. Public education is an investment in the lives of Arizonans, today and in the future.

Providing affordable healthcare for all citizens is the right thing to do for the people of Arizona. The citizens of Arizona should be enjoying their families and lives and not have to make the choice between paying for their healthcare and paying for their food.

Daria also believes in investing in the state’s infrastructure. We need schools that provide a safe and healthy environment and roads and bridges that are safe and meet the requirements of commuters. We need an infrastructure that supports businesses and promotes Arizona as the place to build and grow companies.

Daria believes in these issues and will fight to ensure that these issues are addressed by our Legislature. She has fought to protect this country by serving in the military and continues today, standing up for the well-being of others. Please join me in electing Daria Lohman as State Senator, LD-23, on Nov. 8.
