After all the studies, discussions and meetings held by many and various groups, the solution agreed upon by most to finance our town is to adopt a primary property tax.

It is the fairest, cheapest way to pay for our needs – especially maintenance of our old roads and contracting with Rural Metro and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office for their services.

To quote Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., “I don’t mind paying taxes. With them I buy civilization.” Please vote yes for the primary property tax!
