Remember the old advertisement for oil filters: “Pay me now or pay me later.” Same with this tax levy. The need for money for roads, fire and police protection will only get worse. Bite the bullet and vote yes.

And to those naysayers, a solution: Every person in a household gets charged $100 per month. If you call 911 and need the fire department or police and you have not paid, you are out of luck. No service for you!

Again, bite the bullet, hold your nose and vote yes to the tax levy.
