In Fountain Hills we are to be non-partisan – not to consider if a person is Democrat, Republican or other when voting for local candidates.
It would be helpful to know whether a candidate is liberal or conservative in regards to finance issues and the effect that this could have in this town.
I now take to reading the signs posted in front yards to determine if the candidate is a conservative or a liberal. In my yard I normally have conservative signs whereas on Thistle Mr. Magazine’s sign is in a liberal’s front yard.

It would be nice if the local newspaper might add something to the questionnaires to the people running for office for local positions that reflects their conservative versus liberal views to better inform the voters.
