What idiot judge let James David Walker out of jail? I hope the people injured by Walker sue whoever was responsible for him being out on the street into oblivion. It would be a demonstration of leadership if Governor Ducey cleaned house on the office that resulted in Walker being on the streets. Give us some common sense here!

The guy was a convicted second degree murderer, was charged with aggravated assault on law-enforcement officers and drug offenses, and some idiot let him loose! We don’t need gun control to stop these incidents, we need idiot control in the legal system. If the idiots who let Walker loose say, “but the law requires us to let him out on bail,” then we need to change the law.

At least one good thing about the incident, Walker is a white guy, so the race charlatans can’t yell “racist” if we mete out some severe punishment to Walker or change a law to make life tougher for criminals.

Note to gun control fanatics: It is already illegal for a convicted felon to own a gun, shoot people, shoot people’s cars, discharge a firearm across a public highway, endanger the public, etc.
