The East Germans once constructed a wall to keep their people from defecting to the west. It didn’t work well and was ultimately destroyed.

The Great Wall of China was built to keep the Mongol hordes from invading. It didn’t work well. They were invaded.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a great wall and fell into pieces that all of the king’s horses and men could not put together again.

Now Trumpty Dumbty wants to build a great wall to keep Mexicans and Central Americans out. It won’t work either. There are devices called airplanes that can fly over the wall. In the meantime, we have alienated Mexico and scores of other countries. Who will pay for this folly? We will!

Then there is the immigrant ban on seven Muslim countries. This has inflamed most of the world. Where does it stop? When does it stop? If you call yourself a Christian, ask yourself what would Jesus do? Give a bully/tyrant enough rope and he will do it to himself.
