The Town of Fountain Hills and the Maricopa County Flood Control District are working on a joint project to expand the culverts at the Ashbrook Wash crossing at Saguaro Boulevard and Bayfield Drive. This photo shows steel reinforcement rods being placed with the forms for the concrete pour at Saguaro. The work is scheduled to take through April.
