Watch manufacturing facility opens

After more than three years of research and planning, FTS USA will host a 11 a.m. ceremony Friday, Feb. 8, to celebrate the opening of its watch movement manufacturing and assembly facility on the EVIT campus, 14605 E. N. DelCambre Ave.

The company is partnering with the East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) to expand the town’s economy and develop educational opportunities in watchmaking.
