We are strongly opposed to the recent approval of your vote to increase EPCOR’s rate increase to 17.81 percent per household and to also approve the SIB for the next five years!
No consideration has been given to others’ recommendations, and the SIB piece is literally giving the company a blank check to spend this money any way it sees fit with no oversight! We as consumers do not need to be “guinea pigs” for the first SIB in the state!

Your actions need to be reconsidered, rescinded and further input needs to be taken most seriously.
