Crews wrapped up pavement repairs on Shea Boulevard where a water line broke Tuesday afternoon in Fountain Hills. EPCOR Water completed repairs on the waterline overnight and Performance Paving finished the pavement repairs by midday Wednesday. Eastbound Shea Boulevard should be completely reopened without traffic restrictions by afternoon rush hour. According to EPCOR about 400 customers were temporarily impacted when the water main broke Tuesday afternoon.
