Prayer is powerful, prayer can change things. Prayer is needed for this great country we have the privilege of living in. If you believe this, then you need to attend the annual National Day of Prayer event on Thursday, May 7, at Fountain Park. Free hot dogs and beverages will be served from 5 p.m. - 5:45p.m. and the prayer service will start at 6 p.m.
A combined bell choir and a combined vocal choir will be part of the service along with a signer for those who have hearing disabilities.

This is a time to come together and lift up prayer, praises and worship to a loving, caring God who promises to hear the petitions of His people. At a time when everything seems to be spiraling out of control, we must turn our hearts back to God in repentance and ask Him to heal our land.
If we truly believe His word, and will humble ourselves under His mighty hand, then we can see America become the great country it once was, one the rest of the world looked up to with respect.
Join with believers all across America, on this National Day of Prayer, as we unite in one voice for God to move in His mighty and awesome power to restore us to “One nation under God.” Let’s make a difference, let us pray!
