Forecasters are calling for a dramatic change in the weather heading into this weekend. A cold front moving in from the west will drop temperatures by about 20 degrees between Friday and Saturday.

The front will be heralded by strong winds gusting up to 25 miles per hour on Friday, with a chance of rain by Friday night. On Saturday the National Weather Service is calling for a 30 percent chance of rain with a high temperature about 70 degrees.

The weather is expected to return to more normal pattern early next week.
