The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills is reporting deputies responded to the following calls during the period from Thursday, Nov. 13, through Tuesday, Nov. 18.
Thursday, Nov. 13
*A resident of the 17000 block of Rand Drive reported an unknown subject stole the victim’s wallet that was accidentally left in the back of a rideshare vehicle.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills is reporting deputies responded to the following calls during the period from Thursday, Nov. 13, through Tuesday, Nov. 18.
Thursday, Nov. 13
*A resident of the 17000 block of Rand Drive reported an unknown subject stole the victim’s wallet that was accidentally left in the back of a rideshare vehicle.
Friday, Nov. 14
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. on a call for service request. Deputies contacted a juvenile subject and during the interaction, deputies determined the juvenile was in possession of marijuana. The substance was submitted for testing. Charges pending lab analysis.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Alamosa Ave. reported a domestic violence assault incident.
Saturday, Nov. 15
*A resident of the 16000 block of Jacklin Drive reported an unknown subject used the victim’s personal information without permission to gain access to a cell service provider account.
*A resident of the 16000 block of La Montana Drive reported a subject fraudulently took $1,400 from the victim’s bank account.
*Deputies received a report from a victim stating that upon leaving a care facility in Fountain Hills, the facility refused to return the complainant’s property and $420 was missing from the complainant’s wallet.
Sunday, Nov. 16
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. for a reported hit and run collision on private property. According to deputies a driver backed into a parked vehicle in a parking lot. The driver of the vehicle then left the area without exchanging information or making a report. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed. The driver was located and issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where a private property vehicle collision was reported. Deputies say a driver backed into a parked vehicle in a parking lot. No injuries were reported and no vehicles were towed.
Monday, Dec. 17
*A resident of the 16000 block of Ponderosa Drive reported a subject fraudulently obtained access to the victim’s bank account and transferred approximately $21,000 to their cash app account without permission.
Tuesday, Dec. 18
*A deputy made a traffic stop for criminal speed on Shea Boulevard at Arista Lane. According to the deputy the driver was travelling 78 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
