Thursday, Nov. 6

*A resident of the 16000 block of Gunsight Drive reported a violation of a court order.

Deputies’ responses from Nov. 6 - Nov. 12

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Nov. 6, to Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Thursday, Nov. 6

*A resident of the 16000 block of Gunsight Drive reported a violation of a court order.

Friday, Nov. 7

*Deputies responded to Saguaro Boulevard and Trevino Drive for a reported traffic collision. Deputies report that a driver failed to yield while making a left turn. No injuries were reported, and one vehicle was towed.

Saturday, Nov. 8

*A deputy made a traffic stop for criminal speed on McDowell Mountain Road MP2. The deputy reported the driver was traveling 70 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*A resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena Way reported a violation of a court order.

*A resident of the 12000 block of La Montana Drive reported a subject dumped dog feces into a neighbor’s yard. The subject was contacted and issued a criminal citation.

*A deputy made a traffic stop for a revoked license at Shea and Saguaro boulevards. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

Sunday, Nov. 9

*A resident of the 14000 block of El Sobrante Ave. reported that an unknown subject accessed the victim’s residence by deactivating the alarm and stole $900 in cash. The complainant later called and said they found the money in their house.

*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that two unknown subjects shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported an unknown subject shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 12000 block of La Montana Drive where a domestic violence assault incident was reported.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Almont Drive where a domestic violence assault incident was reported.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where a subject was trespassed from a business after creating a disturbance.

Monday, Nov. 10

*Deputies responded to Saguaro Boulevard and Hawk Drive for a reported traffic collision. According to deputies, a driver failed to yield from a stop sign and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.

*Deputies received a report an unknown subject stole a gift card from the US mail while in transit out of state.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported the employee of a business stole money from the business. The victim did not wish to aid in prosecution.

*Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where an assault incident was reported at a restaurant.

Tuesday, Nov. 11

*Deputies responded to Saguaro Boulevard and Hawk Drive where a single-vehicle traffic collision was reported. According to MCSO, a driver looked down at a cup holder and struck the curb, damaging their vehicle. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was towed.

*Deputies responded to Arroyo Vista and Sullivan drives where a hit-and-run vehicle collision was reported. Deputies said an unknown driver sideswiped a parked vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.

*Deputies responded to Palisades and Saguaro boulevard for a reported vehicle and pedestrian collision. Deputies report an intoxicated pedestrian walked in the roadway and was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was transported for medical treatment with non-life-threatening injuries. No vehicles were towed.

*A deputy made a traffic stop for criminal speed on Shea Boulevard at Arista Lane. The deputy reported the driver was traveling 77 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Parkview Ave. where a private property hit and run collision was reported. According to deputies a driver backing from a parking space struck a vehicle traveling in a parking lot. The driver of the vehicle that was hit left the scene prior to exchanging information. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles were towed.

Wednesday, Nov. 12

*A resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena Way reported a violation of a court order.
