Thursday, April 3
*Deputies received a report from a local business that it had sent machinery out for repair and the repairs were not completed and the machine was not returned due to theft.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reports deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, April 3, through Wednesday, April 9
Thursday, April 3
*Deputies received a report from a local business that it had sent machinery out for repair and the repairs were not completed and the machine was not returned due to theft.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Briarwood Drive along with Fountain Hills Fire Department for a reported house fire.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Avenue of the Fountains where a subject was trespassed from Town of Fountain Hills property after causing a disturbance.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Boulevard where it was reported that an unknown subject stole a utility trailer from a business.
Saturday, April 5
*Deputies responded to Saguaro Boulevard and Trevino Drive for a reported traffic collision. Deputies reported that a driver failed to control their speed to avoid a collision and rear ended another vehicle exiting a private drive. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.
Monday, April 7
*Deputies responded to Palisades Boulevard and La Montana Drive for a reported traffic collision. Deputies said a driver failed to yield from a private drive and was struck by a vehicle in the roadway. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.
Tuesday, April 8
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Avenue of the Fountains for a reported private property traffic collision. MCSO reported a driver backed into a parked vehicle in a parking lot. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.
Wednesday, April 9
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Palisades Boulevard at Lost Hills Drive. Deputies said that a motorist was stopped for traveling 62 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45. A records check revealed that the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*A resident of the 16000 block of El Lago Blvd. reported that a subject made threats of physical violence via telephone.
