The Great Fair is this weekend, so we’d like to welcome everyone to Fountain Hills for this big occasion.

A lot of work goes into putting on what is easily one of the biggest events of the year for our community, bringing together artists and vendors from all over the country. You’ll also notice plenty of local clubs and organizations selling everything from snacks to hotdogs, hamburgers and more, and we’re sure they appreciate your business as well. Many of those organizations use funds from the great fair to support a year’s worth of activities, as well as provide support for scholarships, donations to local charities and the like.

So if you aren’t too busy this weekend, head on over to downtown Fountain Hills and enjoy a stroll through everything the Great Fair has to offer. The event runs from Friday through Sunday, so there should be plenty of time to check out what’s on offer, enjoy some music and a bite to eat and maybe even pick up that perfect painting or sculpture that will really tie a room together.

The Great Fair also means it’s time for local businesses to go into overdrive. There will be thousands of visitors in town this weekend, and they’ll likely be staying in our motels, eating at our restaurants and visiting local attractions.
