As a reader of The Fountain Hills Times, I was not surprised to learn that it was recently recognized with several newspaper awards.
These awards were on both the national and state level. Eight of those awards were from the Arizona Newspapers Association and two from the National Newspaper Association. That is impressive by any measure.
Congratulations to Times Publisher Alan Cruikshank, Editor Mike Scharnow and the rest of the staff. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding local newspaper in Fountain Hills.
