It’s a new year and we’re happily awaiting the inauguration of Donald Trump as President of the United States. As is the case in politics, there are people of opposing viewpoints, but many of us are hopeful and confident that January 20, 2017 will mark the beginning of the path to a stronger America and a return to the United States Constitution as the rightful blueprint for government of, by, and for the people.
To that end, Fountain Hills AZ Tea Party will resume our monthly meetings and our educational mission to provide an opportunity to listen, learn and meet with our elected officials and others with expertise in matters of government, governing and current issues.

On Tuesday, January 17, Fountain Hills AZ Tea Party will welcome our Arizona State Legislators; Senator John Kavanagh, Representative Michelle Ugenti-Rita and Representative Jay Lawrence. The current legislative session is getting under way and we’ll get a firsthand assessment and discussion of proposed legislation.
The meeting will be held at Fountain Hills Unified School District Learning Center, at the corner of Golden Eagle and Palisades, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, January 17. As always, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions and get answers. All interested parties are welcome to participate. Admission is free, but donations to cover expenses are gratefully accepted. Come, listen, learn, ask, bring a friend. We hope to see you there! For more info, visit fhteaparty.us.
