Having moved recently, our house is vacant and for sale. Just yesterday we received a call from one of our neighbors, what I heard was unbelievable.
Neighborhood kids aging from 13-15 had set up in the back yard, using the grill, a bottle of vodka and cans of soda strewn everywhere. Apparently the kids had stolen a table and chairs from another neighbor and decided to spend the night drinking and partying, the neighbor had scared them away.
We called the Sheriff’s Office, but since we could not identify the kids, we were helpless. We thought the neighbor would have scared them away permanently, sadly today, they were back.

They had not crossed into the backyard, luckily we had padlocked the gate, instead they were hanging out on the stairway to the front door, cigarettes ends everywhere.
This is so far from what I would expect from Fountain Hills.
