William Francis Gunkel passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013 in Scottsdale.
William was born Aug. 30, 1934 to Frank and Pauline Gunkel in Chicago, Ill. He moved to Arizona in 1971 and later retired from the City of Phoenix as a bus driver.
William is survived by his wife Betty; ex-wife, Dorothy; his five children, Patty, Cindy, Kevin, Colleen and Denise; his brother Ed and his family; and his sister Fina and her family. William was blessed with five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all of them.
