William D. Wintersteen was born on Nov. 14, 1939 in Wayne, Mich., and passed away on April 5, 2014.
The Fountain Hills resident was a retired minister, real estate broker, loved by all.

Services for Bill will be held at Christian Life Fellowship, 11025 N. 34th Street, Phoenix, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 19.
