Moving Up – Moving On is a non-denominational Christian women’s study starting on Tuesday, March 3, and continuing through the five Tuesdays of March, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Community Center.

This program is confidential and open to all women. A $10 fee for material is requested, but can be waived in cases of need.

Under the leadership of Rev. JoAnne Crosby, several women will be teaming up to address issues of pain and crises that women encounter in life.

This includes issues of abuse and controlling relationships, rejection and abandonment, loneliness and sadness.

This is a Hiding Hurting & Healing Ministries program to bring women out of hiding, through hurting and into healing through Christian teaching.

The program provides love, encouragement, understanding, acceptance hope and spiritual growth.

Crosby brings her own life experiences and professional training to this endeavor. She is a licensed minister, experienced and educated in anger management, chemical dependency counseling, pastoral counseling and support group facilitation.

The Hiding, Hurting & Healing programs have been presented in churches of all denominations, counseling centers and other locations, mainly in the Twin Cities of Minnesota for over 15 years.

Programs were previously held in 2004 and 2012 in Fountain Hills and San Tan Valley of Arizona.

Through instruction, DVDs, music, testimonies, exercises and group participation Moving Up – Moving On specifically focuses on continued victory in practical Christian living, with the Bible as the guide.
