All of us who live in Fountain Hills owe a grateful thanks to the Chamber of Commerce. This last weekend we had another “great” Great Fair, well organized by Sharon Morgan, her assistant Paige and the Chamber of Commerce.
I was so pleased to see so many folks from across the Valley turn out for a wonderful weekend.
It was wonderful in so many ways. Three days of wonderful weather and three days of wonderful people and wonderful food and drink at so many wonderful venues. Wonderful things to view and buy from wonderful vendors. Wonderful volunteers for our Town’s wonderful charitable organizations and the wonderful crowd of locals and visitors alike.

I loved the weekend and appreciate that so many residents turned out to work long hours in support of their favorite non-profit(s) and charitable organization(s) and that so many others came to the Fair to shop or eat and, thus, to support the local non-profit organizations and the many vendors that come here.
As a member of the VFW, I particularly appreciated all who came to the VFW Beer Garden or our mini-garden, bought food or drink and/or participated in our raffles, including the Earnhardt Ford for the Veterans Memorial.
So thanks to all who volunteered at any of the non-profit or charitable organizations during the Fair. A special thanks to Sharon Morgan and her staff and volunteers for organizing and managing such a wonderful event and to the Purple People; without you the venders would not return. As a VFW member, my biggest and most special thanks goes to the non-VFW members who volunteered time and talent, especially to Dan Margolis and the all the members of the bands and individuals that played at either the main beer garden or at the mini-garden on Verde River Drive.
