Work to renew streets in Fountain Hills to continue

Next project to begin Jan. 16

Contractors completed paving work on Colony, Enterprise and Kiwanis drives early last week completing the first of four street renewal projects scheduled in Fountain Hills through late spring 2024.

The first phase was in a commercial zone which generally provided adequate access to businesses and clients during the construction. The next project will take place in a residential neighborhood where residents will need a measure of patience before the finished product provides a smoother ride.

Starting Tuesday, Jan. 16, work will begin to remove and replace the existing pavement on Ibsen Drive, Sherwood Drive, Sterling Way and Ashbrook Drive between Fountain Hills Boulevard and Cameo Drive.
