Wrestlers ready for the season to start in Fountain Hills

Flynn eyes third straight state placement

Tyler Flynn plans to make the most of his senior wrestling season.

Flynn placed fourth in the state tournament each of the past two seasons, and he dedicated much of his free time this summer in pursuit of his goal to finish on top.

“Win it all,” Flynn said. “I did a lot of stuff over the summer, so I think I have the skills to do it. I was doing tournaments on the outside, and then went to club practices in Mesa for pretty much most of the summer.”
