I first met Ginny Dickey at Fountain Hills High School. She was the parent of one of my students. In the flurry of meeting dozens of nice parents who attended that open house evening, Ginny stood out.
Her warmth, her welcoming manner and her quick sense of humor added to the charm my new town of Fountain Hills held for me. During the past decade and then some, our paths have crossed frequently. Each time I’ve been with Ginny at numerous events and in groups of diverse people, my first impression of her has been reinforced.
Now, Ginny Dickey is running for mayor of our favorite town. The good qualities I see in Ginny Dickey are many. The one which I have always based every political vote upon is this one: Is the candidate just a power seeker, or is the candidate running in order to improve our system?

Ginny is the latter—a servant leader. She is not in the game for political power, but has rather joined the game to work for the good of the people.
She displays a gracious respect for people and serves inclusively. She welcomes everyone’s ideas and blends them together with a fresh take. Ginny’s leadership will take Fountain Hills forward.
The knowledge gained through growing up in our town, knowing its people and serving us in many volunteer capacities, has created in Ginny an ideal mayoral candidate for us.
As a write-in candidate, Ginny will need every vote. Please bring new life into our town leadership. Write in “Ginny Dickey” for mayor and fill in the arrow beside her name.
