The Town Council will hold a public hearing and consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance when it meets on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
The amendments are part of an ongoing project by the Development Services Department to update various sections of the ordinance. Being considered this coming week are changes to the procedures for requesting and processing a request for a zoning change.
The amendments include changes to outdated terms and designations as well as updating language to make the section consistent with other sections in the ordinance.
