Charter School hosts dog show April 2

The fifth annual Amateur Dog Show will be held at the Fountain Hills Charter School on Saturday, April 2, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the school gym, located at 16811 E. El Pueblo Blvd.

This is a student-led show, with student judges and the master of ceremonies chosen from the middle school classes.

The event will have fun categories including best tail-wagger, best costume, best trick, most affectionate, craziest hair, most obedient and the new category, best robotic dog.

Lunch will be served at the event, including hotdogs and many toppings available for purchase.

All are invited to come out for some fun with local four-legged friends. Arrive early with your pooch to register for the various categories.

All proceeds go to support the Charter School.
