“Tulsa” is a moving story of how a young girl’s faith transforms a man’s life.

Inspired by true events, a Marine Corps veteran dealing with his own demons has a life-changing encounter when a nine-year-old orphan girl finds a picture of him and her mother in her Bible.

When she is removed from an abusive foster home environment and with nowhere else to go, she believes she is to find the man she is certain is her father. When they are united, her strong Christian faith begins to make unexpected changes in his life.

“Tulsa” will play at JOY Christian Community Church Saturday, April 20, at 7 p.m.

The movie is free, along with popcorn and soft drinks. All are welcome to attend.

JOY Church is located at 13430 N. Saguaro Blvd. For more information, visit joychurchaz.com or call the church office at 480-837-5744.
