Three Realtors have formed a team so clients can benefit from individual life experiences and skills learned in previous careers.
Robin Walton, Nancy Miller and Dawn Luke are the new Verdes-Lifestyle team focused on selling and purchasing homes in the 55-and-older community.
“The power of three is now ready to put our skills to work for you. Each of us has various advantage points,” said Luke, a cosmetologist for 20 years. “We’re a stronger team because of it.”
Robin Walton has been a residential sales agent since 2013. Previously, she played professional golf on the LPGA tour for 20 years and coached Division I women’s golf for 12 years.
“Coaching, teaching and selling real estate involve listening and finding a way to communicate with the student, or in this case, a prospective buyer or seller,” said Walton. “I use this experience to find a path to success for all parties by being a problem-solver, taking on the project manager role, and being an advocate for my clients.”
Nancy Miller said she became intrigued with Rio Verde while visiting her daughter and son-in-law in Scottsdale many years ago. When they had children, she knew she would make a move to be closer to her grandsons.
She also has a son and two granddaughters in Sarasota, Fla., that she enjoys visiting.
She and her husband, Ron, purchased a home in the Verdes 12 years ago. They have been full-time residents since 2011, after Nancy retired from a teaching career in Ohio.
She became a real estate agent in 2015. She said she relies on her talents as an educator to understand her clients.
She said she listens carefully to their needs and wants, pays attention to details and helps with every aspect of buying or selling a home.
Although new to real estate in Arizona, Miller said selling homes is in her blood. Her father was a broker in Ohio and her mother was a real estate agent. She was a real estate agent with them.
In addition to spending time with grandkids, Miller enjoys golf, pickleball, mahjong, bridge and all of the amazing lifestyle activities that living in the Verdes has to offer.
Dawn Luke moved to Fountain Hills in 2010 with her husband, Brady, and daughter, Emma. She also has two adult sons, Wes and Mitch. Also included in the family are four rescue dogs.
She started her real estate career at the end of 2006 in Parker, Colo. She said her ability to listen and take care of her clients’ needs made for an easy transition into real estate.
In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, biking, running, golfing and swimming.
