Bonnie K. Carney, born in Columbus, Wis. on Oct. 21, 1944, passed away on Feb. 14, 2013 after a long battle with cancer.
Her husband of 46 plus years, Richard Carney, was with her as she went home to be with the Lord.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Christine and her husband, John Vandenberg of Appleton, Wis., and their three children, Allison, Courtney and Travis; Michelle Carney of Scottsdale, Michael Carney and his wife, Jami Carney of Morgantown, Ind. and their three children Alex, Dylan and Sean. She is also survived by her mother, Rita Gavinski of Madison, Wis.; her brother, William and his wife, Janice Gavinski of Madison, Wis.; and her sister Elizabeth and her husband, Jim Stinson of Helena, Ala.
She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews who are located all over the country.
Bonnie is preceded by her father, William Gavinski, sister, Brenda Cyrus and nephew, Nick Cyrus.
She was a loving, kind and thoughtful person who will be sincerely missed by all who knew her.
She will be remembered for her gourmet meals and the hospitality she offered to everyone she met.
