This monthly in-person event brings together wellness professionals and community leaders to share practical advice, innovative therapies and life-changing insights on healthy living throughout retirement.

Upcoming Workshops:
July 24 — PJ Cardona: “Lights and Health”
Certified Light Therapist PJ Cardona will demonstrate how InLight Therapy uses gentle LED light to reduce chronic discomfort, improve circulation and stimulate the body’s natural healing, all without drugs or side effects. According to a press release, this non-invasive therapy is already making a difference in the lives of older adults across the country.
Aug. 28 —Debbie Romano: “Blue Zones & Healthy Heartbeats”
Debbie Romano, community leader and founder of Fountain Hills Healthy Heartbeats, will present on the effort to bring the Blue Zones movement to Fountain Hills. Attendees will learn the lifestyle habits of the world’s longest-living populations and how to adopt these practices for greater longevity and vitality.
“Retirement looks different for everyone and our goal is to make it healthier and more joyful,” said Jill Templeton-Haislip. “We’re proud to spotlight local professionals who are doing incredible work in wellness, right here in our own community.”
