ExecLevel Wellness starting new summer wellness cohort for ages 50+

ExecLevel Wellness in Fountain Hills is starting a summer wellness program for people ages 50 and older.

Titled Peak Life Kickstart: Desert Strong Summer Cohort, the four-week program begins June 1. According to a post on ExecLevel Wellness’s Facebook page, the program will address the three drivers of aging - sarcopenia, chronic inflammation and energy system breakdown.

The program features four weeks of 30-minute workouts accessible on-demand.
