Experience

A few years ago I happened to be with a friend at Starbucks and folks at the table beside us were discussing how best to bring business to Fountain Hills/promote existing business here. Since my friend and I could not help but hear their discussion, I asked if I might interrupt them with a question regarding a town business issue of interest to me.

Lina Bellenir addressed my question. I had never met Lina and did not know her. But after her succinct and logical response, I never forgot her. I was impressed (and surprised) that she was able to present to me all of the facts regarding my question. She covered every side of the issue I questioned, provided points of view I had never even thought of or considered, and never, tangentially, wavered from the topic at hand.

When I did “officially” meet Lina a couple of years later, that same ability to hear (not just be quiet because it is the other person’s turn to talk) what you are saying and get right to the heart of the matter was still in play.

The Fountain Hills Town Council needs Lina’s experience and her ability to analyze problems/situations, and then, present a cogent, workable solution(s).

Vote for Lina Bellenir – you’ll be glad you did.
