Police, firefighters and paramedics put themselves on the front lines of dangerous and traumatic situations each day on our behalf, with little concern for their personal safety. Ever wonder how you can say “thank you” to these brave men and women?
Volunteers are fundraising to dedicate a beautiful blue lighted Christmas tree to the first responders from Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, Fort McDowell and Salt River, which will be located on the Avenue of the Fountains Plaza during this season of giving. It will be the first in the state of Arizona!
The goal is to raise $10,000 and every single donation is important, no matter how small. To make a tax deductible donation go to Facebook or GoFundMe, “First Responders Christmas Tree.” You can also make a check out to “First Responders Christmas Tree” and mail it to First Responders Christmas Tree, P.O. Box 18177, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269. For more information or questions, email firstrespondersquestions@gmail.com.
