Local nonprofit Fountain Hills Friends of the Library is planning for the future.
The organization works independently of the Fountain Hills Library but aims to provide support to everything the library offers, according to board member Wendy Schelberg.
This includes buying furniture and computers for the library as well as creating a silent room area for teen readers. These contributions are funded by not only donations from members and the publics, but also from the organization’s Resale Book Shop in the library lobby.
