Fountain Hills receives national award
Marketing and branding
Posted
Fountain Hills was honored by the City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA) recently.
The (3CMA) announced the winners of its 2024 Savvy Awards during a ceremony held at the Loews Arlington Hotel in Texas on Sept. 5. Fountain Hills was honored with a Silver Circle Award for Graphic Design Art in the Fountain Hills Branding category. The Town is thrilled to be recognized on a national stage, according to town Economic Development Director Amanda Jacobs.
Last year, the Town of Fountain Hills unveiled a new logo and branding, selecting Tucson-based Gordley Group as its partner through a competitive request for proposals. The firm continues to develop and design innovative materials for the town.
“We are honored to receive the Silver Circle Award and be recognized nationally,” Jacobs said. “Our new brand has significantly enhanced our visibility and highlighted the unique charm and amenities of Fountain Hills. It supports our community’s growth and success for both families and businesses.
“We look forward to ongoing collaboration with Gordley Group to further implement and expand our brand.”
The Savvy Awards, presented as part of 3CMA’s Annual Conference, honor exceptional achievements in local government communications, public-sector marketing, and resident-government relations.
This year’s competition attracted over 1,100 entries across nearly 40 categories. Professional communicators from across the United States reviewed each submission and provided feedback. The awards included 94 first-place Savvy Awards, 94 second-place Silver Circle Awards and 93 third-place Awards of Excellence.
