Pellegrini & DeGeorge Partners has won its sixth consecutive Women’s Council of Realtors award.
Created in 1938, the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) is a national council that comprises 12,000 real estate professionals. Susan Pellegrini and Karen DeGeorge of Pellegrini & DeGeorge Partners were both awarded for having the top volume and top units for the sixth year in a row.
Pellegrini was also awarded the Lifetime Achievement award which she has received for five consecutive years, a press release said. Pellegrini was the only Fountain Hills agent to receive this award.
“Pellegrini, along with two other Scottsdale agents, were auctioned off to collect over $2,000 for the organization,” the release said.
Pellegrini & DeGeorge Partners were the only Fountain Hills realtors to be nominated and believe their success has a great deal to do with their reach outside of the town, the release said.
“Of the agents that received awards this year, I am proud to know that eight were fellow Russ Lyon Sotheby’s agents throughout the valley,” Pellegrini said.
“When we can make connections throughout the valley, state, and country, it helps our clients who are trying to sell their homes. Introducing our town and listings to Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and beyond has helped agents and buyers find our beautiful town when they would have never thought to,” DeGeorge said.
The Sotheby’s international franchise has over 1,000 offices within 81 countries. Pellegrini and DeGeorge are currently visiting Sotheby’s offices in Rome to promote Fountain Hills real estate.
The Pellegrini & DeGeorge Partners team consists of Susan Pellegrini, Karen DeGeorge and Tony Pellegrini. They have consistently been the number one agents within Fountain Hills with over $75 million closed in 2022 representing 67 buyers and sellers, the release said.
