Lock & Leave Home Watch in Fountain Hills earns accreditation

Posted

Lock & Leave Home Watch has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) for the third year.

Seeking to mitigate the risk of damage to unoccupied or occupied homes through scheduled weekly or bi-weekly home watch inspections, Lock & Leave Home Watch serves homeowners in Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Maricopa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Florence and Gilbert.

Owner Tyler Hobbs is an Arizona native with 18 years of experience in the home service industry, according to a press release.

He holds a Master Water Restorer Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning as well as a Restoration Certification. Hobbs’ wife Jessica has a master’s degree in business administration.

In 2008, Hobbs started a local flood restoration company that quickly grew in Arizona and expanded into Colorado and Texas. Hobbs is certified to offer 3D property scanning services to the real estate and flood restoration industries and graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, earning the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP).

The Hobbses see the need to alleviate homeowners’ burden of relying on uninsured and unlicensed individuals to care for their homes for weeks or months at a time. They look forward to relieving homeowners of worries when their homes are in Lock & Leave’s care.

To reach Lock & Leave, call 602-898-3518 or at info@lockandleavehw.com. For more information, visit lockandleavehomewatch.com.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada.
