In celebration of Valentine’s Day and American Heart Month, Desert Hills Community School of Music and The Holland Center are joining forces to present a concert performed by the Fountain Hills Saxophone Quartet.

Featuring romantic songs from the 1920s, ‘30s, ‘40s and ‘50s – as well as stories behind the music and a dance area for those who want to swing and sway along – this concert will take place 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, at The Holland Center, 34250 N. 60th St.

Tickets are $10 and are available at hollandcenter.org.

For more than a decade, the Fountain Hills Saxophone Quartet – which consists of Jeffrey Anthony (soprano), Heather Baldwin (alto), Donna Wilde (tenor) and Dale Nelson (baritone) – has been performing with up to 100 shows a year. The quartet is serving in its third year as Artists-in-Residence for Desert Hills Presbyterian Church and frequently partners with DHCSM, which is located on the DHPC campus, 34605 N. Tom Darlington Drive.
