Schweers: MAGA Trump supporters, ‘OMG, what are you thinking?’

Notice that all those who know Trump best have endorsed Kamala and Tim, including the ultra-conservative Dick and Liz Cheney; Caroline Giuliani (Rudy’s daughter); Michael Steele (former RNC head); Taylor Swift; Magic Johnson; Coach Steve Kerr; Trump’s niece; over100 military leaders, Republican groups (like Lincoln Project, Vote Vets, Republicans for Harris), etc.
They know how dangerous Trump and Vance are for our Democracy. They’ve read their plans for our future in Project 2025. They’ve listened to Trump’s deranged, false, vengeful attacks on his opponents. They’ve heard Trump’s very dark attacks on our own country, calling it a failing nation and a third-world country.
They’ve heard him praise and admire dictators, promise to jail his opponents, carry out mass deportations, build concentration camps, institute martial law to control our own citizens, destroy our Constitution and constitutionally-protected rights; monitor the pregnancies and even menstrual cycles of our girls; do away with institutions like the Department of Education and NOAH, turning our country into a vulnerable backward-looking dictatorship with zero individual freedoms. Unacceptable in America!
The Cheney’s and others have chosen the good of the country over their party. That’s true patriotism — please join them! Ironically, their GOP, founded on opposition to slavery and conservatism, now has sects that support Christian Nationalist White supremacy. It’s effectively dead!
Similarly, I ask ROT, our local group, “What are you thinking?” Do you really support the destructive chaos agents in Fountain Hills who spread dire false warnings about our town and claim their candidates can fix it? Trouble is, it isn’t broken! Friedel, Skillicorn and ROT candidates operate like Trump, manufacturing crises and fears and denigrating and dividing our town. Don’t fall for it!
Vote for truth, competence, unity and continued progress. Vote Dickey, McMahon and Corey!
