Taco Bell planned at Power and Elliot in Mesa

A 2,320-square-foot limited service Taco Bell restaurant with a drive-thru is planned in Mesa.

A Taco Bell at Avalon Ranch is to be constructed approximately 375 feet south of the southeast corner of Power Road and Elliot Road in Mesa.

The design and landscaping for the 0.7-acre development were discussed during the Feb. 11 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board. Chair Dane Astle and Board member Paul Johnson were absent.

The limited-service restaurant will have 38 parking spaces, Staff Planner Noah Bulson said during the meeting.
