Toll Brothers at Verde River, a community of 35 homes on estate-sized home sites in Rio Verde, was one of eight Toll projects to receive recognition in the annual MAME (Major Achievement in Merchandising Excellence) competition.
Winners were announced April 13 at a ceremony at Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Scottsdale.

The Verde River home community won Best Interior Merchandising and Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes Priced from $700,000 to $1 million.
The new Toll Brothers Design Studio, located at 8777 E. Hartford Dr., Scottsdale, won the MAME for Best Design Center.
Toll Brothers at Whitewing, a gated community of single-level homes on half-acre home sites in Gilbert, won three MAME awards, including Best Interior Merchandising and Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes Priced from $700,000 to $1 million and Best Product Design for Homes Over $1 million for the Pradera model home.
Legacy at Seville, a gated new home neighborhood overlooking the Seville Golf and Country Club in Gilbert, won two MAME awards, including Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes Priced from $450,000 to $700,000 and Best Interior Merchandising for Homes Priced from $450,000 to $700,000 for the Triana model home.
