Trilogy at Verde River, Shea Homes will introduce the Resort Collection during the unveiling of a Model Gallery from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9.

Two duplex homes will be debuted alongside the new Dorado floorplan.

Seven additional new model homes from the current Home Collections are being introduced with revamped interiors and exteriors.

A Trilogy spokesperson said the resort collection was designed to meet a growing trend of consumers looking for a more modestly-sized, highly functional home without sacrificing livability or style.

The new “duet” floorplans are more efficient, eliminating unused space like long hallways and maximizing design layout and an open floorplan for spacious-feeling living areas and privacy for master and second bedrooms.

The collection includes three floorplans – Muros, Evia and Valetta – ranging from approximately 1,342 square feet to 1,678 square feet. All provide a lock-and-leave lifestyle with HOA-provided front and back landscape maintenance.

Resort Collection homes are planned to start in the high $200s, with early sales being conditioned upon buyer’s acceptance of the final subdivision disclosure.

The floorplans include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a den. Homebuyers can transform these spaces into a home office, music room or hobby room.

Also showcased is the Dorado, a floorplan of approximately 3,249 square feet with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 3-car garage.

The most appealing characteristic is the split living, which offers privacy in addition to a functional, large open layout for entertaining.

The second bedroom has the option to convert into a casita that is accessible from both inside and outside the home.

Trilogy at Verde River is located in Rio Verde, east of Scottsdale, bordering the Tonto National Forest.
