Whiner in chief

Good grief--the guy who bragged about grabbing women by the p***y, mocked disabled people, has lied repeatedly, has no concept of how the court system works, who has denigrated other nationalities, said white supremacists had “fine people,” who made a fool of himself in Puerto Rico--this guy is now offended by NFL players who take a knee during the national anthem?

Taking a knee has traditionally been a sign of reverence, but now the Whiner in Chief has decreed that these players do not have a right to free speech (could it be because it was started by a black player?). This indignation is coming from a guy who got multiple deferments during the Vietnam War, the last four deferments being for a bone spur on his foot (he couldn't even remember which foot in interviews). Who is he to talk of patriotism to anyone? He doesn't even want to pay his share of taxes to support our country and military--he said it’s “smart” not to pay taxes.

But we all know why he started tweeting about the NFL--to keep up all the distractions he can think of to keep the public from following the growing scandal of his associates’ collusion with Russia to sway the election and launder Russian money (Don Jr. said years ago that their business dealt with a lot of Russian cash).

Crazy tweets every day are just to focus attention anywhere but Russia. Let’s hope his desperate need to keep the news away from Russia doesn’t get us into a war with N. Korea. As Republican Senator Corker said, “He (Trump) would have to concern anyone who cares about our nation.” We can only hope that Trump’s fear of being indicted over his illegal Russian connections will force him to resign.
