The Shepherd of the Hills Talent Show was held Friday, March 22, sponsored by the SOTH Scholarship Committee.

The evening included 14 contestants exhibiting their God-given talents, according to a press release, awarding Cassidy Miller first place with her performance of “Mary, Did You Know.”

Nine-year-old Oakley Martinez came in second place with a yodeling solo, and Sinclair Galakatos won third place with her vocal solo from the musical, “Thoroughly Modern Millie.”

After the last performance, a cake and pie auction was held while the votes were being counted. Over $3,500 was raised from the show according to the press release, all of which is used for scholarships awarded later this spring to deserving Fountain Hills High School graduates planning on furthering their education.
