Dr. Norma Ford returns to the Fountain Hills Community Center to present her Fitness Friday seminars focusing on the importance of fitness to reduce the risk of chronic disease and enhance overall well-being.

She’ll offer tips on how to incorporate fitness into activities as a regular part of daily routine.

Ford has been providing pain relief, physical therapy and wellness advice for over a decade in Fountain Hills and offers one-on-one private sessions giving patients the full attention required to identify the source of their problem.

Ford earned a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2004 and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2014.

Ford’s seminars are scheduled at the Fountain Hills Community Center, 13001 E. La Montana Drive on the first Friday of each month. The upcoming dates are Feb. 2, March 1 and April 5 from 9 to 10 a.m.

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. The seminars are free for Community Center members or $5 for non-members. Call the Community Center at 480-816-5200 to register.

This activity is sponsored by the Town of Fountain Hills Community Center.
