Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 based in Fountain Hills reported deputies responded to the following incidents from Thursday, Nov. 16, through Sunday, Nov. 19. The short week is due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday deadlines for The Times Independent.
Thursday, Nov. 16
*Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Brodiea Drive on a welfare check for a person reportedly suffering from a mental health crisis.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Ledferd Lane on welfare check for an elderly person.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Boulevard where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted items valued at approximately $12 from a business.
Friday, Nov. 17
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Keith McMahan Dr. where it was reported that approximately $300 cash was missing from the victim’s purse, which is believed to have been stolen by an unknown subject.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Boulevard where a suspect was cited and released for shoplifting approximately $65 in merchandise from a business.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Palisades Boulevard reported that a known subject was harassing and threatening them.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Ashbrook Drive where a verbal argument between family members was reported.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Boulevard where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted items valued at approximately $180 from a business.
Saturday, Nov. 18
*A resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena Way reported a violation of a court order.
Sunday, Nov. 19
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Boulevard where it was reported that a known subject committed theft of services after failing to pay a business for services rendered.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Segundo Drive reported a violation of a court order.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Ridgeline Drive where a suspicious person was reported in a desert area adjacent to a neighborhood.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Firerock Country Club Drive where it was reported that an unknown subject was trespassing on private property.
