The Fountain Hills Skateboard Classic showcases skating talent from around the Valley.

The Town of Fountain Hills will host the annual Skateboard Classic competition at the skate park in Desert Vista Park Saturday, Feb. 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be competition for cash and prizes with a sponsored division for both male and female skaters. There is also an open division with three age levels: 12 and under, 13 to 17 and age 18 and older.
There is a $20 fee to enter the competition, but it is free for spectators.
Pre-registration is required by visiting fountainhillsaz.gov/skateclassic.
