Ministry Fair at The Fountains

The Fountains, a United Methodist Church, will celebrate the fall season Sunday, Oct. 5, with a return to two worship services.

The 9 a.m. service will be a more traditional service and 11:15 a.m. a more contemporary service. At 10:15 a.m. there will be education classes for all ages.

A professionally staffed nursery is available all morning for infants through kindergarten-age children. Third graders will be receiving their Bibles.

Adult classes include “ReKnew” taught by Pastor David Felten, a verse by verse study of a Bible, currently studying Genesis.

“FaithLinks” deals with current day issues and explores what the Bible and other church authorities say and imply about these issues. This is a discussion-based class. The church has classes for children and youth.

There will also be a Ministry Fair with balloons and popcorn on Sunday.

Church missions, outreaches and teams will be featured where people can ask questions, learn more and become involved. The community is invited to come and enjoy the fair.
